  • GPS inaccuracies

  • Mapping discrepancies

  • Missed deadlines

  • Regulatory misunderstandings

Use of the app is at your own risk.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Outrider Development LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any.

3.6 Subscription & Billing (If Applicable)

If the app offers subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • Billing is handled by the respective platform (Apple, Google, Stripe, PayPal)

  • Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through their payment provider

Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment processor.

3.7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer software
